TreeSisters are women who recognize the radical importance of starting to give back to nature to balance our taking, and who give back through trees. Together, we work towards the creation of a world that values both women and nature as a new norm.

Tree Sisters two primary areas of work are:

1. Inner (women) supporting women to strengthen their connection with themselves, each other and the natural world — catalyzing their co-creativity and leadership to help enrich, develop and spread TreeSisters (we are developing eco-femme empowerment materials, events, films, talks and programs that reach women through the doorway of their own femininity and draw them towards ecology)

2. Outer (trees) to co-create a meta-reforestation strategy with existing tree organizations to lay out a plan for how to help reforest the tropics within 10 years through women led crowd-funding, and to support local action and behavior change
