Return Policy for Individual Customers
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your book purchase, you may return your book(s) postage prepaid with a copy of your original receipt in new and saleable condition within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Refunds shall not be issued for books returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase, without a copy of your original receipt, or for books returned which are scratched, dented, cut, dirty, creased, moisture-damaged, faded due to sunlight exposure, bent or crushed at the corners or edges, or otherwise not in new and salable condition. In order to ensure timely processing of your book returns for refund, we recommend that you package your book returns carefully to prevent damage during shipping and that you ship book returns via UPS, Fedex, Express Mail, or other means which are trackable and provide accurate, proof of delivery information. Please note that music and audio CDs and DVDs are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service Department with any questions or concerns.
Return Policy for Wholesale Customers
Credit and Payments
All payments shall be remitted in U.S. funds.
We require prepayment for all orders. We accept Visa, MC, Paypal and Checks.
We no longer require prior authorization on returns. Returns shall be accepted for in-store credit only, within 6 months of the date of purchase. Credit memos shall be valid for 12 months from the date issued. Expired credit memos shall not be honored. All merchandise shall be in new, saleable condition, free of price stickers, scratches, dents, cuts, dirt, creases, bent or crushed corners or edges, moisture damage, or fading due to sunlight exposure. Please be sure to pack your returns properly, as we will not be able to accept items damaged in transit or due to poor packaging.
Unsaleable merchandise will be denied credit. Customers may request that merchandise refused by White Cloud Press be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We will charge a minimum $10 or 10% re-stocking fee for any returns.

Shipments are FOB publisher’s shipping point. Our distribution center is in Jackson, TN (38301), and our home warehouse is in Ashland, Oregon (97520). At times we also drop ship from our printers. Unless collect routing instructions are provided by the customer (including account number), freight will be pre-paid and added to the customer’s invoice.
Retention of Title
White Cloud Press, Inc. retains title to all books sold on a return or consignment basis until full payment is received.
Terms of this agreement shall in all respects be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of Oregon.
