Noble Smith

Noble_SmithNoble began his career as a teenager when his play Sparks in the Park won The New York Young Playwrights Festival. New York Magazine praised it as “Outlandishly funny.” The play is in its twentieth year of printing from Samuel French, Inc.

His adventure novella Stolen from Gypsies, (hailed by Nebula award-winner and fantasy icon Peter S. Beagle as “A glorious original”), is available as a book and also in unabridged audio format through Blackstone Audio Stolen From Gypsies Audio Version

Noble served as media director of the Gregory C. Carr Foundation of Cambridge, MA where he was co-executive producer of feature-length documentaries including Academy Award winner Jessica Yu’s Protagonist (2007 Sundance and Hot Docs selectee as well as '07 Atlanta Film Festival Documentary Grand Jury winner and available on Netflix), and Neither Memory Nor Magic from director Hugo Perez.

Noble is a veteran of the interactive game industry and has worked most recently on projects for Vivendi-Universal, Warner Brothers and Blizzard Activision. He is currently writing an original IP for Machinima.com.

He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and children.
